HR Business Partner - employee relations (Dallas, TX)

Silverline Rook Manufacturing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for customer orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer orders. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
