HR Business Partner - employee relations (Columbus, OH)

Foxglove Linden Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Columbus area. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier orders. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with supplier orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
