HR Business Partner - employee relations (Columbus, OH)

Lumen Haven Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Columbus. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on attendance records. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
