HR Business Partner - employee relations (Columbus, OH)

Westbrook Cross Environmental Services Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for weigh tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on weigh tickets. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with weigh tickets. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
