HR Business Partner - employee relations (Columbus, OH)

Northwind Ridge Construction is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for subcontractor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on subcontractor invoices. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with subcontractor invoices. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
