HR Business Partner - employee relations (Columbus, OH)

Redstone Quill Freight is a Columbus logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on carrier rates. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with carrier rates. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
