HR Business Partner - employee relations (Columbus, OH)

Redstone Meadow Pharma is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for quality documentation, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on quality documentation. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with quality documentation. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
