HR Business Partner - employee relations (Columbus, OH)

Ironwood Willow Medical is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinical evaluations. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
