HR Business Partner - employee relations (Columbus, OH)

Ironwood Union Banking Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for card disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on card disputes. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
