HR Business Partner - employee relations (Columbus, OH)

Rivermark Kestrel Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Columbus region. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 342 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on warranty claims. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with warranty claims. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
