HR Business Partner - employee relations (Columbus, OH)

Rivermark Pine Markets Group serves neighbourhoods around Columbus with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on promotions. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with promotions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
