HR Business Partner - employee relations (Colorado Springs, CO)

Harborlight Ember Property Management is a Colorado Springs property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on lease renewals. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with lease renewals. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
