HR Business Partner - employee relations (Colorado Springs, CO)

Westbrook Sparrow Transit Planning is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for accessibility audits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on accessibility audits. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
