HR Business Partner - employee relations (Colorado Springs, CO)

Rivermark Bright Press is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for bindery work, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on bindery work. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with bindery work. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
