HR Business Partner - employee relations (Colorado Springs, CO)

Redstone Ivory Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Colorado Springs. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 90 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on dock schedules. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with dock schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
