HR Business Partner - employee relations (Colorado Springs, CO)

Bluepeak Ember Financial is a financial-services company in Colorado Springs. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor spend. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with vendor spend. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
