HR Business Partner - employee relations (Colorado Springs, CO)

Lumen Nest Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Colorado Springs plant, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on machine downtime. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
