HR Business Partner - employee relations (Colorado Springs, CO)

Ironwood Linden Legal Group Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for client files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client files. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
