HR Business Partner - employee relations (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Summit Press and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on proofing. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with proofing. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
