HR Business Partner - employee relations (Colorado Springs, CO)

Summit Field Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Colorado Springs, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing accounts. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
