HR Business Partner - employee relations (Colorado Springs, CO)

Ironwood Keystone Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Colorado Springs, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on reviews and feedback. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
