HR Business Partner - employee relations (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Vista Pharma Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on quality documentation. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with quality documentation. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
