HR Business Partner - employee relations (Colorado Springs, CO)

Foxglove Vale Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Colorado Springs. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on licensing records. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
