HR Business Partner - employee relations (Colorado Springs, CO)

Summit Field Medical is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for complaint handling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on complaint handling. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
