HR Business Partner - employee relations (Colorado Springs, CO)

Summit Maple Manufacturing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on work orders. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
