HR Business Partner - employee relations (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Redstone Umber Inspection Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on test reports. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
