HR Business Partner - employee relations (Colorado Springs, CO)

Cedar Glen Facilities is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for supply orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supply orders. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with supply orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
