HR Business Partner - employee relations (Colorado Springs, CO)

Ironwood Wilder Insurance Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for customer complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer complaints. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
