HR Business Partner - employee relations (Cleveland, OH)

Harborlight Bridge Telecom Partners provides broadband and phone service around Cleveland, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing accounts. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
