HR Business Partner - employee relations (Cleveland, OH)

Clearpath Meadow Community Partners runs community programmes across Cleveland, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on benefits enrolment. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
