HR Business Partner - employee relations (Cleveland, OH)

Lumen Basin Health is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for patient scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on patient scheduling. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
