HR Business Partner - employee relations (Cincinnati, OH)

Westbrook Ashton Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in Cincinnati serving households and small businesses. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on branch operations. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with branch operations. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
