HR Business Partner - employee relations (Cincinnati, OH)

Clearpath Union Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Cincinnati. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on patient scheduling. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with patient scheduling. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
