HR Business Partner - employee relations (Cincinnati, OH)

Northwind Bridge Banking Services is a regional lender in Cincinnati with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on account openings. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with account openings. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
