HR Business Partner - employee relations (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Field Staffing and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on candidate screening. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with candidate screening. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
