HR Business Partner - employee relations (Cincinnati, OH)

Bright Loom Property Management Group looks after rental homes across the Cincinnati area, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on unit turnovers. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with unit turnovers. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
