HR Business Partner - employee relations (Cincinnati, OH)

Greenridge Ashton Environmental Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for recycling loads, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on recycling loads. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with recycling loads. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
