HR Business Partner - employee relations (Cincinnati, OH)

Cedar Iron Auto Group is a Cincinnati company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier deliveries. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
