HR Business Partner - employee relations (Cincinnati, OH)

Summit Fox Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Cincinnati, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on safety records. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
