HR Business Partner - employee relations (Cincinnati, OH)

Ironwood Summit Financial Group serves customers across Cincinnati with accounts, loans and payments, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 149 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on payment disputes. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with payment disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
