HR Business Partner - employee relations (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Northwind Lantern Property Management Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on resident events. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with resident events. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
