HR Business Partner - employee relations (Chicago, IL)

Silverline Haven Medical designs and makes medical devices in Chicago, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on training materials. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
