HR Business Partner - employee relations (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Sable Water Authority Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing accounts. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
