HR Business Partner - employee relations (Chicago, IL)

Foxglove Mill Environmental Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for collection routes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on collection routes. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with collection routes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
