HR Business Partner - employee relations (Chicago, IL)

Summit Beacon Financial Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for vendor spend, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor spend. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with vendor spend. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
