HR Business Partner - employee relations (Chicago, IL)

Redstone Willow Learning Group is an education provider in Chicago serving students and families, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on enrolment. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
