HR Business Partner - employee relations (Charlotte, NC)

Highbridge Iron Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Charlotte producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cleanroom operations. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
