HR Business Partner - employee relations (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Bright Corner Medical and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on complaint handling. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
