HR Business Partner - employee relations (Charlotte, NC)

Nova Field Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Charlotte producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinical studies. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
