HR Business Partner - employee relations (Charlotte, NC)

Silverline Loom Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Charlotte region, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on temp assignments. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with temp assignments. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
